Ballela GAC 31 Ballela Road BT32 3TF


From Newcastle / Castlewellan

   * Take the A50 until you reach McCoy's garage (junction of the A50 and B25).
   * Follow the B25 (signed for Dromore) for 1.1 miles (Castlevennon Road).
   * Turn right onto the Knockgorm Road (signed B25 Dromore), follow road for 1.8 miles.
   * Turn right onto the Ballela Road.
   * Follow the road for 1.5 miles, the Ballela pitch is on the left.

From Newry

   * Take the A1 North, past Banbridge.
   * Take the first right turn at the Tullyraine quarry onto the Waringsford Road.
   * Stay on this road for four miles (it becomes the Knockgorm Road).
   * After passing the Balloley Warehouse, take the first Left (signed for Ballela).
   * Follow the road for 1.5 miles, the Ballela pitch is on the left.

From Belfast

   * Take the M1 South.
   * Leave the Motorway at the Sprucefield exit and take the A1 South (Marked for Newry and Dublin).
   * Travel past Hillsborough and Dromore, take the B25 (a left turn, signed for Katebridge).
   * Follow the road for just over one mile until you reach a cross roads (Garvaghy Post office is on the left).
   * Turn left onto the Knockgorm Road, and drive for one mile.
   * Turn left onto the Ballela Road.
   * Follow the road for 1.5 miles, the Ballela pitch is on the left.

From Banbridge

   * Travel down Dromore road until you reach the A1 dual carriageway
   * Turn left onto the A1 for Belfast, move to the right hand lane as soon as possible.
   * Take the first right turn at the Tullyraine quarry onto the Waringsford Road.
   * Stay on this road for four miles (it becomes the Knockgorm Road).
   * After passing the Balloley Warehouse, take the first Left (signed for Ballela)
   * Follow the road for 1.5 miles, the Ballela pitch is on the left.
